This proposal needs a bit more thinking about. I've tried this with the
Eeepc 700 and follow=1 is more than the computer can manage at 100kmh.
I presume WinCE devices may have similar troubles.

I would suggest that the second point is only valid for those who use
the 'direction of travel = up' use of the screen - it would be nonsense
if you used 'North is up'.

I have tried to make my cursor not reach the edge of the screen before
refreshing the route, so that the cursor had limits on it which are
less than the screen size, but hadn't managed to do that yet
