WHO IS BROTHER BOB??? Hello, I am brother bob, I am a non-denominational, evangelical, born-again, Bible -believing, Christ-centered sinner saved by Grace. I am not a professonal clergyman, but have received gifts of Biblical counselling and evangelism from the Lord, and have experienced over 50 years of loving care from God in spite of many trials over the years. I have dedicated the remaining years of my life to the service of the Lord on the internet. I am married to the same wonderful woman for over 34 years. We have 4 grown children and one with the Lord in heaven, and an ever-increasing number of grandchildren.  I am 60 years of age (but in my heart I am about 26  ;-) ). I am a retired chemist living on a disability pension, so my entire time is devoted to the Lord and His work. I have known that Jesus Christ was my Savior since I was about 5 or 6 years old, but was given assurance that He came into my heart at age 24. Ever since then, I have been obsessed with studying God's Word and understanding as much about God as I can. I developed many skills of research, problem-solving and searching for the truth from my chemistry days. I find that these skills have been transferred to the study of the Truth of God's  Word. The Lord has taken the many life-experiences, counselling courses and ministries, and Bible-study leadership opportunities I have had, and incorporated them into a ministry of compassion and evangelism and desire to encourage the spiritual growth of my brothers and sisters in the Lord. I can really take no credit for the developments in my life. Sometimes I went kicking and screaming through them...and I would never have picked some of them out for myself, nor would I wish them onto others. But God has a plan for each of us, and apparently this is His plan for me at this time. I belong to Elmbrook Church of Brookfield, Wis. It is a non-denominational evangelical, Christ-centered, Bible-believing  church. It is very similar to the Evangelical Free Church, but is totally un-affiliated with any denomination. It was formerly called Elmbrook Baptist Church until 1970 at which time we became non-denomiational.
