This issue was fixed by installing the nbd 2.7.8 utils.
I want to know what was the issue when nbd 2.9.8 was used. Please let me the
fix for this package(2.9.8) otherwise i will miss out some new features that is
there in 2.8.x.

Issue was:

During installation, it displayed an error
"checking where to find a working nbd.h... configure:
error: Could not find an nbd.= h from 2.6 or above"
Here are my setup details
Kernel Version: 2.6.9-34.EL
OS: Redhat
Architecture: i686
nbd version: 2.9.8
config.log file is attached with this mail for reference.
Please let me know if you need any other information to solve this issue.
