hello,
I am trying to use nbd2.9.9
I am having Red Hat Ent. linux 5 and kernel 2.6.6
I hav downloaded nbd2.9.9 and extract it in /usr/src/
then i perform following operations
1)i hav create configue file in directory /usr/local/etc/nbd-server as u
said.
2) install the package as per the given instructions in install file.
3) then hav created device nb0 at client side.
4)start server by command...
[EMAIL PROTECTED] nbd-2.9.9]# nbd-server 12345
/home/nilesh/nbd-export
5)then try to start client by command
[EMAIL PROTECTED] nbd-2.9.9]# nbd-client 10.200.52.148 1024 1000
12345 /dev/nb0
got error:Error: Can not open NBD: No such file or directory
i think m doing something wrong.......please help.
