Here's an nbd server I knocked up in go:

It passes nbd's integrity tests (i.e. what 'make check' does).
I do not claim it to be performant. It is currently missing certain
obvious things like a configuration file.

The idea was to have a simple base to implement structured replies.
Hopefully having more than one server implementation should promote
compatibility.

I'm going to carry on tweaking it.
