Hi Cynthia, Sander, all,

We've had this hidden feature working for a while now, but we can expand on it.

Currently, a few of the most prominent and frequently updated RIPE Documents
are given an alias. Using Cynthia's request as an example:
https://www.ripe.net/publications/docs/ipv6-policy will always point to the
latest RIPE Document version of "IPv6 Address Allocation and Assignment Policy".

When that document (currently ripe-738) is obsoleted by a new version, we also
update the alias to point to the new document.

We don't currently publish a list of these aliases, but it's a great idea!
We'll discuss internally with Angela how best to do this, and have this
information published ASAP.

In the meantime, if you need these aliases more urgently, send an email to
[email protected] and we'll help you out.

Cheers,
Oliver Payne
