As the Ukrainian LIR, I'm strongly against the ban of transferring Ukraine's resources! It won't help me at all, but it will cause me a lot of problems. I do not believe it will help to protect resources on the occupied territories. NCC hostmasters have to check all the "documents" from DPR/LPR/ other temporarily occupied territories very carefully. This is the only way.
