Can we get any kind of official statement from the RIPE NCC on the current
status on this?

If the RIPE NCC are indeed blocking transfers in violation of the current RIPE
policies despite @[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>'s previous statement on
this then affected LIRs should, if the transactions in question are high value
enough, consider taking legal action against the NCC and this should be kept in
mind for the next board elections.

Do I understand correctly that right now you are writing policy for Ukraine,
having never been here during the war?
Will these be new proposals to get paper documents after going under missile
attack to a government office where there is no light?

Your European idea of security does not actually protect objects, but creates
more problems for Ukrainian companies. Moreover, it is already the end of the
year and soon there will be new payments for lirs.

I propose to write policies in Kyiv, and even better in Kharkov or Kherson. and
then you will definitely see how to protect what you are trying to take away
from us: the freedom to make decisions.

Please, write policies, but let Ukrainian companies work, and don't block the
already long-suffering economy.

Regards, Viktor

Hi Viktor,

I can’t understand why do we need a _survey_ if we are working on policy. A
policy shouldn’t be done for a single country.
