My understanding of the process (such as it is) is that you would need to re-license the code and resources for the widgets under EPL and show that you have full copyrights over them. I believe that you will need to certify that the work is yours and possibly get a statement of release from any employers that might have claim to the code. Once that is cleared up, the code can be migrated to the Eclipse CVS servers, and the Nebula homepage can get some content added. Nebula is organized somewhat like its namesake astronomical phenomenon – which is to say, hardly at all. Widget contributors generally maintain their own code, unless they find someone else who agrees to take over. Keep in mind that there is really no “project team” for Nebula, but just a loosely associated bunch of folks, working on their own stuff.
