Hi, You just have to checkout a previous release from cvs. Look at http://wiki.eclipse.org/CVS_Howto . Nebula is under technology. Look at the date of the first use of DragSourceEffect and check out the whole projet at this date.
You can also download an Eclipse 3.3 install and set it as the target platform in your Eclipse 3.2.
