I've created a section on the wiki to list all IP Logs :
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Nebula#IP_Log. Whenever you choose to use a wiki
page, a file on csv or tagging on bugzilla, you can add a link in this
page.

I've also filed the project metadata. The IP Log is now listed on
http://www.eclipse.org/projects/listofprojects.php
