Sorry about the problem with the new nomination form. I coded a bug
that made it pas the test harness due to an oddity in the way it works.
I've corrected the first problem, and we'll look into the second one. I
believe the fix is now in place to resolve this issue, so if you would
like to re-nominate Matthew Hall (not Alexey! ;) ), Chris, I'd
appreciate it. Please let me know when you've done so and I'll make
sure everything looks ok this time.
