To conform with incubation the downloads need a few things: 1. located on eclipse servers 2. packaged correctly (have "incubation" in the bundle description - see the link below) 3. named correctly (have "incubation" in the zip file name - see the link below) 4. located on the download page (which has the incubation logo)
None of our downloads conformed so they were removed to speed the process (which apparently worked as it only took Anne a few minutes to confirm). Now that the project is conforming, we can bring back the downloads, but they need to be repackaged and linked correctly. I'll do my best to get CDateTime back up (a more recent build) by the end of the weekend, but with our present system, each widget will be uploaded as the developer's schedule allows. I hope this clears things up a little - it's just part of growing and getting ready to move to the next level.
