+1 on each of them.
The Ribbon is very cool but I'm skeptical that we'll be able to pull it
into Nebula. MS has stated that the Ribbon is their IP and they have a
specific agreement they want you to sign to use one of your own. I
believe the Eclipse guidelines expect you to have full patent-free
rights to any contributions and be able to grant those patents to the
Eclipse. IANAL so I guess we'll just see what happens with the Eclipse
IP process get started.

feedback I think a 3 proposals are worth getting into Nebula.
