The Gallery API can be found on the following pages :
http://www.eclipse.org/nebula/widgets/gallery/gallery.php
http://www.eclipse.org/nebula/widgets/gallery/javadoc/r_0_20090418/index.html
For other widgets, you need to generate it from the code.
