Could you please take care that the builds gets published to the following
update site locations:

http://download.eclipse.org/technology/nebula
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/nebula/ci
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/nebula/incubation/ci<http://download.eclipse.org/technology/incubation/ci>

Once this is done we can re-open the download website.
