Rules expert Dave Perry will give an all-day Racing Rules Seminar on March 6th at the Eastern Yacht Club. The seminar will include a thorough review of the 2009-2012 Racing Rules of Sailing, as well as "Dave's Top Ten List of Tactical Tips" which includes tactical applications of the racing rules in key areas around the race course, and an informal one hour Q & A with America's top rules expert.
