NEISA, Two of the conferences will not have had enough teams competing in their qualifiers to earn all the berths that the formula had bestowed upon them. Therefore the Board of Directors of ICSA has voted to allot the 2 unused berths to NEISA and MAISA. At the conclusion of the NEISA Team Race Championship the top 4 four teams will have qualified for the National Championship.
