This event is to be fielded by helmsmen and helmswomen who spend the vast majority of their time as a crew. Highly skilled competitors who are regularly skippers are welcome to join us as long as they stay in the front of the boat and keep their hands off the tiller.
We are looking forward to having a fun day of sailing and will be using Fireflies instead of tech dinghies. The tech dinghies were disassembled to make way for the entire fleet of BU boats at the Urn last week and it is a bit too complicated to set them all back up again.
