  It seems all files under the libs folder are currently marked as
GPL. Of course the MySQL bindings probably use MySQL headers, and so
they're bound to be GPL on way or the other, but this does not affect
programs that don't use them.

  Also, I'm sure you're familiar with the more "traditional"
continuations examples (Scheme, SML NJ, Ruby) but since Neko seems to
have been somewhat inspired by JavaScript, I'd like to point you to a
description of Rhino's continuation's API:
