No technical reason that I know.  This would be a

No, I am only interested in using the Neko VM.  If
Neko had Classpath, wither Java?

Yes, JNI parts would have to been thrown out and done
by hand the haXe and Neko way.

No AWT or Swing parts will be implemented aside from
some "headless" parts that might be needed for image
rendering. Everything else, is on the table.

Yes, this will be a massive project.  It will be a big
deal for haXe development.
