I think MTASC OSX user where quite pleased with the Package Installer
made by Steve Webster (see http://dynamicflash.com/mtasc/ ).

You can maybe have a look at the installer ZIP or ask Steve about ways
to build them.

What about minor updates (isn't it time for a 1.3.1?).
Right now I would prefer to have only haXe releases that includes
Neko-CVS binaries. I'm not against minor Neko release but I don't have
so much time for it and I'm not planning to synchronize haXe and Neko
releases, at least not right now while haXe is evolving quickly compared
to Neko which is very stable.
