I've uploaded a new installer package at:
http://screenweaver.org/haXe/neko-osx-uni-1.4.3.pkg.zip
Important notes :

- All of the users that have installed haxe and neko from a previous version should be aware of some conflicts.
Be sure to remove all of them by running :
$ sudo find / -name neko
$ sudo find / -name haxe

If you find something in /opt, just remove all by issuing ;
$ sudo rm -rf /opt/haxe

- For 10.3.9 (panther) users :
There might be an issue with the installer.
Try :
$ ls -al /us    r/local/bin | grep neko
If the result is :
-rwxrwxr-x    1 root   admin    38992 Aug 29 13:13 neko
-rwxrwxr-x    1 root   admin   203758 Aug 29 13:13 nekoc
-rwxrwxr-x    1 root   admin   303031 Aug 29 13:13 nekoml
-rwxrwxr-x    1 root   admin    98860 Aug 29 13:13 nekotools
that means that somethiing wrong arrived.
So #1, tell us on this mailing-list.
#2 : Extract the archive package by using either :
(shareware) Pacifist at http://www.charlessoft.com/
or (freeware) OSXPM at http://www.osxgnu.org/software/?skat=212

Install the corresponding files in the good places of your hard drive.

- The packages installer provided by Edwin works fine on Panther if you follow that procedure.

Best luck.
