[Neko] Help Installing Neko on Mac OSX ( Intel )

Ok.  I am a n00b.  So shoot me, but the configuration instructions on  
the Neko Installation page are a little cryptic to say the least.  I  
am really looking for more of a step my step instruction deal to get  
me started here.  Does anyone have a step by step to get this thing  
installed?  I got as far as moving the files to my Library folder ...  
I am familiar with the terminal, but it would be nice to have very  
specific commands to input instead of the "suggestions" that I see on  
the Neko config page.
