Well, I have A isapi dll compiling and working... Now it's the long
haul to getting it working for Neko. This might take a little while,
so please be patient.

BTW, I would be interested in integrating a port of mod_neko for IIS in
the Neko CVS if someone is willing to write one. I guess this shouldn't
be too much difficult since mod_neko is really small, and I think there
are available examples from other web languages.
