Hi all,
long time lurker breaks silence! :)

I've updated my installation to:

  NekoVM 1.6.0
  HaXe 1.17 (from OSX auto-installer)

And when I try to run nekotools outside of the download folder I get:

sean-charles-computer:/usr/lib root# nekotools
dyld: lazy symbol binding failed: Symbol not found: _neko_kind_export
  Referenced from: /usr/local/lib/std.ndll
  Expected in: /usr/lib/neko/libneko.dylib

dyld: Symbol not found: _neko_kind_export
  Referenced from: /usr/local/lib/std.ndll
  Expected in: /usr/lib/neko/libneko.dylib

Trace/BPT trap

I have an intel iMac to 10.4.11.
I have NEKOPATH defined in the environment as /usr/local/lib/neko which is where it is installed.

Anybody know how I can get around this ? I have noticed lately that a lot of my old OS X staples are breaking with odd messages, just yesterday I tried to update SBCL and it's terribly busted right now with messages about missing this and that!

Progress!

Anyway, I want to be playing with a pet project

Also, Nicolas, once upon a time I asked about NekoML and how to get my hands on it... and I can't remember what you told me, sorry but could you tell me again how I can play with it to right something with ? I remember you said the docs. were a bit thin on the ground. Between now and then I've been doing some hard Scheme (PLT) and I am in the mood for seeing what I can devise!

Thank list!
Party on!
:)
Sean Charles.
