It's not so much that it just 'smelt' bad... I have never used google mail before, I have just changed my ISP and I don't yet have my own mail account set up properly, I can't seem to get postfix to behave so I set up this gmail(!?) account for a while but it seems to have stuck for now.
I thought there may have been some aversion to web-mail from an anti-spam perspective or something. Franco, I received my Amazon book last Friday and I went to sleep at 1:25 am after reading it from cover to cover that very night. You and Lee are to be congratulated on producing a mighty book that has excellent coverage and is very easy to assimilate. AWESOME GUYS! :) I am thumbing through it right now!
