Michael Angier, h�re, with a bonus lesson. I told you we like to over-deliver on our promises. This strategy just didn't seem to fit into any of the other lessons, so I've added an extra installment. It's a good example of the kind of ideas I like to share with our members to help them operate at their personal and professional best. For the last few years, I've maintained a 'Win List.' It's simply a list of good things that happen in my life. I track goals I've accomplished, milestones passed, major events and little serendipities that happen along the way. Sometimes it's a d�bt paid off, sometimes it's a gift received or an award achieved. It keeps me focused on what works. It helps me to stay positive because I'm looking for the positive instead of the negative. And we always find what we're looking for. Most of the time, I just add to it. But I also regularly review it to help me appreciate the good I have in my life. I suggest that you start your own. Create a file in your word processor and add to it often. You might want to create a shortcut to it on your desktop to make it even easier to access. Try it for at least three months. Enroll your spouse or a friend to help you get it going. Perhaps they can create their own. What you'll find is that your life is richer and more abundant than you even realized. Your confidence will increase, your attitude will improve and your life will be better. Anyone can find fault and lament what's not good. A winn�r focuses on the positive.
