Do you really need the archive? I've done mine and they were
extremely easy to replace. You simply drill out one side of
the old rivits which were originally installed, replace the cams
and insert nice little screws that replace the old rivets.
You might want to take out the spring and plunger that manages
the kickup resistance. But in my case one derlin screw was so
damaged I couldnt remove it, so I put one cam in while pushing
the cam against the plunger.

Thanks Don, It sounds like I'm on the right track at replacing after reading
your email. Mine has the 2 little screws on either side or the cam. I just
cannot break the seized screws. I'd drill them out if the place that sold me
the rudder cams had sent the little screws also! However, they told me I would
not need them?
It's a balmy 30$B0F in Sunapee NH this morning and it doesn't look like I'll
have chance to put my H16 in the lake again until after winter. So I will work
on the cams as a winter project.
Thanks for all the helpful email guys...
