Hi all,
Just a fast note to see how everyone is doing!! Been busy getting the house ready for company!! DH's family is coming up this weekend to meet Anni for the first time. But with my family will have 12 plus people in the house, so this should be fun. I am scrambling trying to find beds and blankets for everyone. The girls are looking forward to seeing their cousins!!! Katie already informed me that Valencia, same age as her, is not only sharing her room but also her bed!! I told her that's up to her mommy!!! So if you all don't hear from me the rest of the week that is what I am doing!! I also have some good news. My parents were able to sell their house in New Mexico and are now able to move to a better climate for my dad. The doctors told him that the heat wasn't good for his lungs. They had stayed there for Grandma and now that she's gone they are moving to Washington state to be close to my sister,
and
Uncle and their families. They were able to find a handicap accessiable apartment, which is great. Dad was very worried about getting around now that he's in a electric wheelchair. They are a great thing but take up alot of space when it comes to moving around a apartment. Granted it has also been a frustrating week as well. Dad had a heart spasm and ended up in the hospital for 2 days. Then my sister-in-law also had problem which landed her in the hospital as well. The frustrating part is they both needed help and there was nothing DH and I could do for either of them!! My SIL lives in New Jersey. But DH's father was able to watch her girls for her. And Mom was able to fly in from Washington where she had been getting things ready for the move to help Dad but still it's the feeling of knowing you are willing to help and the distence between won't let you. Ok I need to get going or I will never get everyt
