drysuit, go for goretex. (if you don't like bathing in you own sweat)...
shoes, I have a pair of latexsocks with fleece socks under. Over the latex socks I wear shoes, that are no slippery. This keep me warm and dry, and I'm stable when I'm trapetzing...
