Lotus publishes the manuals on CD for the dealers. There's absolutely 
no reason they couldn't dupe a few more for us at a reasonable price - 
they probably want to keep the price artificially high for the dealers 
though.

Of course the net result is it just encourages privacy. Sadly I see 
little hope with Lotus management these days.
