The one time I took provera and did not get my period I ended up
ovulating. Went to the doc frustrated. He did vag u/s and could see a
follicle and said I was going to ovulate. Happens sometimes. Like
people who ovulate as soon as they stop the pill.

We call that little follicle "Dori".

Subject: [may99] Medical question

Paula (or anyone else who might know), I have a medical question for
you. I
took Provera for 10 days and got no withdrawal bleed (it's been 2
weeks).
I've been a little queasy from starting Glucophage, and I've lost about
10
lbs in the past 6 weeks, putting me pretty thin (although not
underweight by
the charts - I'm 5'5" and 129, size 2 or 4). Do you think I'm screwed
because I didn't get AF, or now that I'm not losing anymore and I'm
getting
more calories, is there hope?

I'm not pregnant, but I was going to start Clomid after this cycle
started.
