Despite Losses, Players Rally Around Coaches
In years past, the Washington Redskins have had discord in the
locker room as their seasons have unraveled. This season,
players are vowing to rally around Coach Joe Gibbs and his
staff, not wanting to endure another winter of turmoil and
upheaval.
The turnover at Redskins Park has been constant under owner Daniel Snyder,
with key players
and coaches coming and going year after year and new systems and
personnel to adapt to each training camp. So, even with the team

For as much as has gone wrong this season, the players say they are trying to
learn from the
mistakes of the past by working hard and maintaining a
professional atmosphere while trying
to find their way in this system.
"You've got to stick this thing out and eventually make this the type of
franchise that has
