I think you'll find that the Moroccan coin reads "Empire Cherifien" if you
look closely, not "Certified".
I'm also guessing that the mysterious "1" coin is a Saudi ghirsh (KM40),
but there are probably lots more options. If the original poster can
upload some pictures it would be helpful.
As to the Canadian "3 pence", Ernie is right - there is no such thing. If
the original poster can copy some of the words from the coin we may be able
to help further. It could be Australian or New Zealand with that date.
Lastly, the Moroccan dates refer to the Arabic calendar, so 1371 is about
1950 in our system - their coins aren't as old as they look!
