I like "Software Configuration Management Patterns: Effective
Teamwork, Practical Integration", by Stephen Berczuk and our fellow
Brad Appleton and "Real World Software Configuration Management", by
Sean Kenefick.
The first one is the best book on SCM I've ever read and a huge help
when I was a "configuration manager" back in the days of RUP.
