I googled for some references to the USGA handicap example, and found a couple of outlines and downloads for your training sessions, but that was about it. Do you have more written about it anywhere? It seems to me that this domain would be a very good demo/training session for Fit/Fitnesse style acceptance tests as well as TDD.
