My wife and I go to Anna Maria Island, down close to Sarasota Florida.
I caught snook in the surf close to the jetty on the Long Boat Key end of
the island.

I live on the West Coast of Florida just north of Clearwater, and I
would say to you anywhere on the West Coast From Clearwater down to the
Naples area is all beautiful area with some great fishing and nice places to
stay... March is a good time, water is warming up and many of the local
species are starting to bite.
