Also, I read an article somewhere recently that a project that can only be done using agile methods is almost always going to stay in this country while projects that can be sucessfully done with traditional methods are prime for offshoring. Wouldn't that be ironic that everyone who disapproved of XP wound up losing there jobs via offshoring? Thanks again for the info, maybe losers like me will stop feeling so scared about offshoring.
