I have a '95 Corolla w/ ~150K mi on it & an '04 Honda Civic Hybrid w/ ~3K mi. In the civic, I get just 50mpg & struggle to get it. In the Corolla I get just over 40mpg & don't have to struggle at all. Just my experience.
