If it gets this desperate - use an electric arc welding set.
Connect earth to one end of the bolt; fit a bolt or heavy rod to electrode
clamp holder.
Hold it against opposite end of bolt.
Current will flow through bolt & hopefully free it!
Have used this many times in my engineering work. Much better than a
lamp/torch - gets the heat to the right place.
