Olivier, I see you attempted to directly translate as
much as possible directly from the XP "domain" into the
"XA" domain.
I may have read thru the presentation too quickly ...
I didn't recall seeing anything about refactoring of
stories/outcomes. Did you end up doing something that
could be considered analysis to "refactoring" (but of
Stories/Outcomes rather than of code)?
If so, what were some of the "Story Smells" you saw
recurring and what were some of the common "story
refactorings" you applied?
Could this be an Agile/XP approach to requirements
decomposition that emphasizes:
simplicity, encapsulation and modularity
OVER
heavyweight documentation and traceability
