Amy, that would be fine to add the hushpuppy recipe.  These are easy to make and sure taste good.  They'll go with any kind of fish you wanna eat them with.  The Jalepeno's in there aren't for kids though so hey can leave them out of it.

A couple of my uncles back in the late 60s to mid 70s used to stop up at my folks house in Kansas every year with big ice coolers full of salmon on dry ice.  They lived and worked in the timber industry out close to Sweet Home, Oregon.  They offered me a job out there working in the timber in 1975 with them but I turned them down.  Went and ran an iron worker and milrite crew on a new particle board plant at the Navaho Reservation in New Mexico and Arizona area.  Caught some real nice trout out of them lakes on the Reservation up around Washington Pass area.  Rainbow Trout up there in them lakes loved the little red salmon eggs.  They didn't seem to like them bigger pink ones as well.  Even got into some nice catfish right there at the town of Navaho where the sawmill and new particle board plant was at a little lake called Red Lake.  I'd catch some pretty good sized ones on waterdogs about halfway across the dam.  The ot her end of it had a bunch of cattails and nothing but little bullheads in it.  They had some kind of big trout in that little lake too that would go up about 20 and 30lb.  Can't remember if they was lake or brown trout.    I better go get ready for some bluecat drift fishing tonight and tommorrow night.  Looks like it's gonna warm up some today and be little rainy tommorrow.
