Another one here...would not reccomend it though, at least how I do it. In S.F. you need a major security system, at least with a rv which can be compromised easily. A van seems more secure. My security system needs about four hour daily walks. Up-side is I get plenty of exercise in S.F.'s beautiful parks and beaches. Would MUCH rather do as the Wandering Walker does (or did, where is he?) I feel thethered to my job in the city. But it is a great job and I have more freedom within the city than most. I can always drive over the Golden Gate bridge and never look back. I would love to be a tourist here such as Jim is on occasion.
