whole lot of nothing. I stayed in a town there, don't remeber the name off
hand,and they had the biggest feedlot I have ever seen. This was on that

that went from the southwest tip of Kansas down to the interstate in New
Mexico. So I went through part of Oklahoma and part of Texas. Not very many
miles
through either one.

YES they are beautifully scenic places. Texas is a HUGE state and most of it
is boring boring land to have to traverse over.
BUT check out the Hill Country southwest of Austin TX
And then there is Big Bend National Park
And the coastal areas
And the beautiful piney woods of East Texas
and all the lakes and rivers!
