(This stopped the anatomization or fake friendliness on the phone) Problem solved on my end. :) The only times they ever came here no one had a good time and they stayed too long on all occasions - and refused to stay in a hotel. I got rid of the guest bed after the last visit. We simply don't have the room now. I occasionally send a kind and non-personal card with photos of kids so they don't feel left out.
