Ok, I am going to order the Solid State relay from Fred today,  I 
have a vfd drive running a 3 phase motor.  Here is a link to a 
schematic for the control.  I am assuming I run a 5v pin and ground 
pin from the break out board to the SSR.  Then where do I hook the 
other terminals on the SSR to the vfd? Here is the link
