We at OSYC, Ocean Springs, Mississippi, are having regular Sunday afternoon beer can races, very informal. Please come over and have fun hanging with us. Start from the beach, around government marks, winner gets a 6-pack. (Wait - can I say, 'beer,' on this forum?) Every three months or so we'll call it a series and the series winner will get his/her name inscribed on our lovely perpetual trophy crafted from beer cans.
Speaking of OSYC, it looks as though the next Hobie Midwinters are to be held here, more on that later... Despite the fact that I've not published a newsletter lately, the Coast Catamaran Club is about, and we probably will have our annual meeting to coincide with the Ocean Springs Mardi Gras parade which I believe is on January 15th this year.
