Our XP team is about to grow: a shared library which our team has
produced is about to be used and enhanced by other non-co located XP
teams.
Management has agreed that other teams working on this shared library
should follow the following practices:
- Test Driven Development
- Automated Unit Tests
- Automated Customer Acceptance Tests
- Continuous Integration
- System Metaphor
- Pair Programming
Can anyone share any experiences they have had in working as XP teams
in a geographically distributed environment?
