STATE AGENCY RAPS LEE FOR INSUFFICIENT PLANNING Lee County has one year from Monday to mend differences with the state�s Department of Community Affairs over planning and growth issues that focus mostly on traffic and land conversions in a large stretch of the county designated for low-intensity development. A DCA review of insufficiency was sent to county officials last month, and a final version of that draft should come out next week.
